Schedule of Events for Saturday, December 8, 2012- Annual Festival of Trees

UMF North Dining Hall

9:00: Decorators for Trees Arrive

9:00 - 12:00: Decorating Trees

Noon - Public may arrive to view (FREE Hot Chocolate and Coffee are available until 5:00pm) 

Silent Auction items available for bidding - Winners announced mid-way through Tree Auction

1:00 pm: Mt. Blue Jazz Band

2:00 pm: Mt. Blue Voices

3:00 pm: Mt. Blue CHamber Singers

4:00 pm: Franklin County Fiddlers

5:00 - 6:00pm: Happy Hour

6:00 pm: Auction begins (Silent Auction winners announced mid-way through Auction for Trees)

Dinner for ticket holders following Auction - Tickets are $30 - See Tom Sawyer to purchase ahead of time

**VOLUNTEERS** are still needed for the following tasks:

-8:30am-9am - Setting up for the Silent Auction - See Martha Wing for details or just show up at the North Dining Hall to help

-SUNDAY Morning (12/9/12) - Tree Delivery - See Brad Smith for details
