  Entries will be judged prior to the parade. All entrants interested in be
 ing judged must be in line by 9:30 a.m. The 1st place winners in each cate
 gory will receive a blue ribbon and a $50 Chamber Bucks Coupon\, 2nd place
  winners will receive a red ribbon and a $25 Chamber Bucks Coupon\, and 3r
 d place winners will receive a white ribbon.\n\n    RAIN DATE - Parade wil
