Farmington Rotary's Gazebo/Shade Project

The students, staff and parents of the Mallett School are enjoying the new recently finished Gazebo in their playground. The Gazebo/Shade project received a grant from the district that will provide shade on the playground and help protect the children from the harmful effects of the suns UV rays. It will also provide an educational piece that will teach the children about sun safety. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 at 1:30 pm at the Gazebo site. A special thanks to the staff, children and all those hard working volunteers who help Make Dreams come Real with this project!
