Frank Underkuffler conducted a brief induction for  Stephen Bracy, sponsored by Pam West and Stephen Kelleher, sponsored by Al Feather.

Steve Bracy (second from right) and his wife Esther moved to Strong 10 years ago to become the Pastor of Living Waters Assembly of God. They have four children of their own and recently adopted a child and are foster parents for another.

Steve owns 3 franchises of Coffee News, Franklin County, Augusta area & Gardiner area.  He does weekly Chaplain work at Franklin Memorial Hospital and is president of the Franklin County Refuge, a non profit organization established to deal with homeless teenagers in Franklin County. They are in the process of establishing a long term facility to offer a place for at risk youth.
